I lead cross-functional engineering work and have spent 20 years working across software delivery, systems and organisational change.

Yetyellow is where I build practical experience with AI, automation and agentic systems. I use it to test ideas, learn from the work and form a clearer view of what teams and leaders need to make AI useful.

I am interested in the gap between a promising demonstration and a working team practice. That gap involves workflow design, team capability, controls and leadership choices. It is where most of the work sits.
